Minimum Requirements

A completed Poultry Meat qualification

Proven PME experience would be a great advantage

Have strong administration skills

Have attention to detail at a high level

Have the ability to communicate and liaise at all levels

Must be a team-player and have the ability to work within a diverse working environment

Must be able to work unsupervised in a highly pressurized environment

Job Specification

Inspect the entire carcass

Carcasses at to be totally or partially condemned

Ensure efficient record keeping

Report all variances to the head of the department

Adhere to Health & Safety policies, HACCAP and all hygiene requirements

Adhere to and maintain the 20-keys model in the factory
