Assurance of Getting a Scholarships

I have received three unconditional offers from University of Leeds for master in Public Health-International, University of North Umbria (master in Public Health) and University of the West of England (master in Public Health) in September.

I need a scholarship to fund for tuition, travel fare and accommodation. I have applied for commonwealth shared scholarship. Do you have a scholarship that can fund me in any of the university above.
