Associate Professors and Senior Lecturers Jobs at Kiriri Women’s University of Science and Technology

Applicant must have an earned Ph.D degree or equivalent degree qualification Business and/or Management related areas from a recognized / accredited University, at least three years of university teaching and research experience
since appointed Senior Lecturer or equivalent and research experience.

In addition, they must have accumulated a minimum of forty eight (48) equivalent publication points since attaining Senior Lecturer or equivalent of which at least thirty two (32) should be from refereed scholarly journals: must have supervised at least four (4) postgraduate students to completion, including at least one (1) at doctoral level, attracted research or development funds as a Senior Lecturer or equivalent and registered with relevant professional bodies.

Successful applicants will be expected to provide academic leadership in the School of Business and Management by teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in their areas of specialization, supervise students, initiate and carry out research and participate in community service.
