Our client in the manufacturing industry (Assembling 3-wheelers -TUKTUK) is looking for a well experienced candidate for Assistant Service Manager for 3Wheeler for 3 wheelers products in Kenya

Job Description

  • Responsible for 3Wheeler Products in Kenya
  • Dealership handling more than 20 Dealerships in Kenya exclusive for 3W / Tuk Tuk
  • Handling Critical Product Complaints in 3Wheeler
  • Conducting Training Program on 3W for Dealers mechanics
  • Conduct Service Clinics / Camps for 3W Pan Kenya

    Qualifications and Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineer Or Automobile Engineer
  • Experience: Not less than 3 years in Tuk Tuk (3Ws in KENYA) in Dealerships or Distributors OR 4 years’ experience in Car Industry / Automotive Industry
  • Good in Customer handling and good communication skills.
  • Good Knowledge on MS Office (Excel / PPT / Word etc…) and Good in email communication.
  • Knowledge on Assembling of Three wheeler in plant
