Responsibilities
Monitoring the set targets and working to achieve the goals.
Authorizing cash sales orders compared and checked against the cash receipts.
Ensure that customers are served efficiently and accurately.
Ensure that goods are arranged well and labeled according to their sizes.
Follow up on all customer requirements that they are fully satisfied.
Arranging weekly meetings with sales executives and dispatch officers.
Assist Manager in ensuring daily physical stock checking and confirming with the ERP Balance.
Monitoring daily sold items and planning for the next day ordering.
Authorizing cheque sales order and check with the customer’s credit limit.
Ensuring collection of outstanding on time.
Budgetary planning and management for outlet resources.
Daily reconciling of physical cash and stock (only in absence of Manager)
Maintaining statistical information on sales and prevailing price.
Credit control management.
Monitoring, control over manpower and all operations in manager’s absence.
Developing customer base with good customer care by ensuring timely loading.
Manage and control outlet security.
Marketing and selling in the most profitable way.
Any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Authority
Authorize
for Quotations, Sales orders.
Authorize for cash and credit invoices.
Interfaces
Superstore Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales & Marketing Staff, Materials Dept, Outlets, Human Resources Department
Qualifications
Knowledge/Qualifications/Experience
Graduate in a business related field – preferably Marketing
5 to 7 years’ experience in Sales an added advantage
Computer literacy essential
Skills/Competencies

Ability to communicate and interact well with all levels of staff
Ability to work independently
Ability to problem solve
Good interpersonal skills
Good integrity
Flexibility and innovation – confident in trying new things and exploring new sales leads
