Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as a change agent to help the company achieve its operational excellence goals

Work with senior management to develop and implement an operational excellence strategy that is aligned with the company’s business objectives

Lead and manage process improvement initiatives using lean and six sigma methodologies

Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement

Develop and track KPIs to measure progress and success of operational excellence initiatives

Train and coach employees on lean and six sigma principles and tools

Facilitate kaizen events and other collaborative problem-solving sessions

Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget

Prepare reports and presentations for upper management on the status of operational excellence initiatives

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in operational excellence and share with team members

Serve as a role model for continuous improvement and positive change

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Production Engineering)

5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or similar role

Proven track record of leading and implementing

process improvements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong project management skills

Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodology

Experience with statistical analysis software, such as Minitab

Familiarity with manufacturing or production processes

Ability to travel up to 50%

Remuneration

N150,000 - N300,000 Monthly
