Introduction

In this position, you'll steer our different brand identities, amplifying their presence and fostering growth across our enterprises.

We're on the lookout for a seasoned marketing professional with rich experience in formulating dynamic strategies, crafting compelling marketing collateral for conferences and events, curating web content, managing PR campaigns and inspiring a budding team to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Branding & Positioning: Develop and maintain our brand strategy, ensuring unwavering branding consistency across all marketing and public relations channels.

Digital Presence: Oversee and optimize our online presence, which includes website/app content updates and adept management of our corporate LinkedIn profiles.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and expand a close-knit marketing team, emphasizing timely project delivery and pinnacle quality standards.

Marketing Collateral for Conferences and Events: Spearheaded the design and distribution of exceptional marketing materials for industry conferences, exhibitions, and events, showcasing our premier offerings to an international audience.

Content Development: Craft top-tier content for diverse channels, ensuring seamless alignment with our ethos and brand voice.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry shifts, competitor manoeuvres, and customer preferences to guide our strategic marketing endeavours.

Public Relations: Develop, implement, and manage public relations campaigns that promote and uphold our brand reputation and image in the industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

A minimum of 5 years

in an advanced marketing role, preferably within the oil & gas sector.

Demonstrable skills in team leadership and management.

Adeptness in utilizing digital marketing tools, especially content management systems and LinkedIn.

Stellar communication capabilities, both written and spoken.

Proven experience in producing high-calibre marketing materials for diverse events.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
