Aries Consult Experts and Field Researchers – Policy Development and Implementation Jobs in Kenya; We are looking for highly skilled experts and field researchers with at least five years of experience in government functions to join our team in Kenya. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university is required.

Applicants must already be based in Kenya.

Expertise Areas:

Public Policy

Energy policy and energy transition

Mining and natural resource management

Decentralisation and local governance

Education

Security Sector Reform

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research, policy analysis, and stakeholder consultations.

Provide technical expertise in one or more of the specified policy areas.

Design and implement surveys and interviews using digital tools.

Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and ethical standards of data collection.

Contribute to policy recommendations, reports, and strategic briefings.

Engage with government institutions, civil society organisations, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Economics, Environmental Studies, Security Studies, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage

At least five years of experience in government functions, policy development, or implementation.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan governance structures and public administration.

Proficiency in English and Swahili. Good knowledge of national languages is an asset.

Must already be based in Sudan and able to travel within the country as needed.
