Aries Consult Experts and Field Researchers Jobs in Rwanda; We are looking for highly skilled experts and field researchers with extensive experience in government functions to join our team in Rwanda. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in policy development, implementation, and government-related roles. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.

Applicants must already be based in Rwanda.

We are particularly interested in experts with experience in the following areas:

Public Policy

Energy policy and energy transition

Mining and natural resource management

Decentralisation and local governance

Security Sector Reform

Rule of Law

Political Rights and Civil Liberties

Safety and Security

Control of Corruption

Transparency and Accountability

Human and Social Development

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research, policy analysis, and stakeholder consultations.

Provide technical expertise in one or more of the specified policy areas.

Design and implement surveys, interviews, and data collection exercises using digital tools.

Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and ethical standards of data collection.

Contribute to policy recommendations, reports, and strategic briefings.

Engage with government institutions, civil society organizations, and other key stakeholders.

Work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public

Administration, Political Science, Law, Economics, Environmental Studies, Security Studies, or a related field.

At least five years of experience in government functions, policy development, or implementation.

Strong knowledge of Rwandan governance structures and public administration.

Experience in both quantitative and qualitative data collection methodologies.

Excellent analytical, writing, and reporting skills.

Proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda; knowledge of French is an asset.

Familiarity with digital data collection tools and research methodologies
.

Must already be based in Rwanda.

Ability to travel within Rwanda and work in urban and rural settings as needed.
