Architectural / Church Construction Project Manager Jobs in Ol Kalou, Kenya

Duties

Conduct daily supervision of the project at each stage and ensure quality workmanship

Establish and sustain client relations, participate in assessing and hiring architectural or engineering advisers, collaborate with governmental agencies

Adapt building codes, design and implement creative concepts of architectural layout and formulate and oversee project range, budgets, schedules and client expectations.

Observe project performance and coordinate workload through the entire project to complete documents on schedule

Responsible for issuance of completion certificates to the contractor and initiator of payments

Organise construction documents and assuming responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and management approval of materials and construction.

Responsible for project status/progress reporting on a weekly basis to the client

Participate in mapping out program requirements, schematic drawings and preliminary cost estimates

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Over 10yrs practicing experience

Experience in management of a Church construction project and preferably ACK Church

Valid practicing licence as an Architect

KRA tax compliance certificate

Certificate of good conduct
