Any Scholarship For Old Students?

Hi.Am realy impressed by your work.God bless you.I completed my high school education level in the year 2008 and got a mean grade of B plain.I lacked funds to proceed to university.I was asking if after six years down the line,am I still qualified for a scholarship? Am realy determined to be study I.C.T.
