Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential real estate clients through prospecting and lead generation.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective real estate buyers and investors.

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings.

Understand client preferences and requirements to offer personalized real estate solutions.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for real estate transactions.

Prepare and finalize real estate sales contracts and documentation.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Collaborate with the real estate sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of real estate sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in real estate sales or a related role.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly within the real estate sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Goal-oriented mindset with a proven history of achieving real estate sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a

real estate sales team.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary

Attractive base salary plus attractive commission
