Company Background.

Aniwe Co. Ltd is a legally registered company in South Sudan with its head office in Juba & other field site locations.

The company has been in operations since 2013 and specialize in service provision to both INGO's, NNGO & the private sector

This is mainly in fumigation & pest control services, warehouse handling & cleaning services.

Job Summary

The company iS seeking a highly qualified & experience person to work with our dynamic team as a Contract Managers. The base of operation shall be in South Sudan.

The functional areas of responsibility for the contract manager is to ensure at in all cases the contracts signed benefit the company.

The aspirants should be good in negotiating, analyzing, preparing and revising contracts the contracts in this incase involves sale or purchase of products and services such as supplies, equipment, materials and other terms.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Contract Manager

  • Provides responses to bids, proposals and contract negotiations
  • Prepare requests for proposals for distribution to vendors
  • Develops a set of standard contracts for the company
  • Analyses all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Audits existing contracts and oversees contract modifications
  • Analyses a contract's risk to the business
  • Visit client sites and meets with business partners
  • Ensure that business goals of the company are accomplished by contract implementation
  • Train and supervise other contract professionals.
  • Conduct analysis of new laws, regulations and contract trends to determine potential impact on the business of the company.
  • Coordinates with the company finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenues.
  • Ensure that contracts are in line with corporate goals and objectives 01 the company

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in business administration
  • Certified professional contract manager (CPCM) designation through national contract management association
  • Experience in contract preparation and management
  • Working experience of at least two (2) years will be an added advantage.
