Job SummaryOur Client is a leading shipping and logistics company dedicated to providing top-quality shipping services and logistics solutions to clients globally. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient coordination of logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:Client Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Order Processing and Coordination:
Receive and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate shipments, logistics, and transportation services to meet client requirements.
Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and resolve issues, discrepancies, or delays in transportation and logistics services.
Collaborate with various departments to find effective solutions to client challenges
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all necessary documentation, including customs documentation and permits, is complete and accurate.
Monitor compliance with shipping and logistics regulations and standards.
Client Education:
Educate clients about our services, pricing, and available solutions.
Provide guidance to clients on shipping and logistics best practices.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on shipments and services to ensure they meet
company standards and client expectations.
Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in generating new business and retaining existing clients.
Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for potential clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service or a related role in the shipping and logistics industry.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of shipping and logistics industry practices preffered
