About the Role

Ampersand is looking for a skilled Electronics Repair Technician to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and repair of a wide range of electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic equipment and devices to identify issues.

Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on electronic components and circuitry.

Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.

Utilize various testing equipment and tools for accurate diagnostics.

Collaborate with other team members to share insights and solutions.

Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and testing results.

Assist the battery technician when is needed

Minimum requirements

A degree or a diploma in Electronics

Relevant certifications in electronics repair or equivalent experience.

Understand the basic working principle of batteries

Must be Computer literate

Quick learner to adapt in a fast paced environment

Knowledge or interest in electric vehicles and battery technologies is a plus.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
