The position of a Customer Service Assistant will primarily serve as a front desk person. She/he will provide contacts with essential information regarding courses available. Also, the Customer Service Assistant is responsible for counseling potential students on course suitability.

Requirements for the position:

Diploma in any Arts or Social Science discipline.

At least One (1) year experience in customer service.

Knowledge of IT applications.

Must have pleasant disposition and friendly personality

Must have high degree of patience and understanding

Skills in effective communication and public presentations.
