American Refugee Committee International Country Operations and Administration Coordinator Jobs in Uganda

The Country Operations and Administration Coordinator provides direct management and technical oversight, monitoring, as well as remote and in-person capacity building for all Operations and Supply Chain staff, throughout the full portfolio of ARC Uganda operations and programming – including Procurement, Fleet, Warehousing, Security, Asset/Inventory Management, Administration, IT & Compliance/Legal aspects of the department.

S/he will directly supervise Operations, Procurement and Logistics Leads at the national level. In addition, indirect supervision/support for all field based Operations leads; and ensures that all related ARC policies and procedures are strictly adhered to for quality and accountability.
