Maintain our tools and systems (Greenhouse, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.) and make sure that all information is reliable and up to date

Facilitate great quality hiring at scale for our teams

Drive seamless hiring processes and enable agile pipelines

Ensure an amazing experience for both our candidates and hiring teams

Required Mindset & Skills

Can Facilitate great quality hiring at scale for our teams

Experience in seamless hiring processes and enable agile pipelines for our most critical roles

Emotional Intelligence skills

Communication/ Story-telling - Should be able to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers

Project Management skills

Negotiation/ Persuasion: should posses good negotiation skills

Leadership: Can lead a team or have experience leading a team

Required Background

+2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Coaching, Sales, etc.

Psychology/ Coaching background is a plus
