To develop staff experience & culture initiatives
To develop systems and process to enable and monitor staff & experience and culture initiatives
To implement regular performance management for staff

Job Skills, Mindsets & Experience
4+ years experience in project management / related roles
Experience in working in a people-facing or customer-facing role
Passionate about people and community building
Events management, managerial experience a plus
You are passionate about people and community building and love helping get the best out of people
You have had some exposure to events management and managerial experience
You are a culture-driver who lives the values of the organization to the fullest
You have great empathy and emotional intelligence skills that allow you to understand what others need in order to thrive
You love designing meaningful experiences for others
You have a natural ability to rally people and bring
them together
