Our Client in the IT industry is currently looking to hire Sales Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the territory by means of planning, territory analysis, targeting and call coverage of customers;
  • Achieve set sales targets and call targets.
  • Develop and implement sales operation strategies across Kenya
  • Responsible for all sales functions including marketing strategies for respective strategies.
  • Manage the field force sales efficiency system to optimize sales and marketing representatives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to ensure product availability in country.
  • Function as feedback mechanism between the organization and customers;
  • Provide regular report and feedback from providers in a correct, complete and timely fashion;
  • Effectively implement set sales and marketing strategies through trainings, and distribution of promotional materials;
  • Identify strategic account and develop executive relationships as well as strategic account plans to win and grow key accounts.
  • Manage and maintain good customer relationship and service to attain excellent customer satisfaction and renewal business.
  • Track and provide reports on territory performance and individual performance.

    Key Outputs

  • Achieved set target in product sales;
    Achieved set listing target in calls made and client closed
  • Properly coordinated portifolio management and reporting
  • Continuous growth in
    presentation pitching and innovations .

    Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any Sales and Marketing , Business IT with two year Sales experience
    Bachelor’s Degree in Business course with atleast one year sales experience in Software industry
