Job Description

ALTA Computec PLC which plays paramount roles in the provision of ICT solution and distribution of brand hardware at a larger scale in Ethiopia for the past many years currently looks for competent, energetic and qualified candidates to fill the following vacant position.

Specific duties of the candidate to this specific job:

Shall receive tender documents from the superior, record details of the tender requirement including submission date and prepare tender document as per the requirement.

Execute tender documents of both the technical compliance sheet and financial part as required on or before the dead line.

Submits the tender document, participate the opening, jotting opening results and submit the report to the Department.

May request for clarification of bid conditions and shall manage the tender preparation as required

Shall ensure if the tender document prepared is aligned with the organization's requirements.

Shall

keep deadlines and adjust to the frameworks given by the customers

Ensures that valid and correct source documents are retrieved from databases, verifies the complete output are timely and properly submitted.

Prepares periodic reports on tender execution

Follow-up the day-to-day activities assigned to him/her.

Perform other duties as required


Job Requirements

Qualification

BSc/BA Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Communication Technology, Management, Marketing Management, Economics or related field of study.

Experience

2 (two) years hands on experience as Tender Officer in a well-known organization.

Good ability in manipulating keyboards. Good command of English Language both writing and speaking. Computer literate (Word, Excel and access).
