AlphaMundi Foundation Program Associate (Part-Time) Jobs in Kenya



Responsibilities

  • The Program Associate (Part-Time) will primarily be responsible for:

  • Managing the weekly activities of the US/Japan Climate-Gender Innovation Collective for Africa,
    including but not limited to:

  • Develop a project plan, including activities, deadlines, and responsibilities

  • Manage third-party service provider(s)

  • Manage the application process for both entrepreneurs and mentors

  • Liaise with key stakeholders

  • Plan and execute in-person and online events

  • Supporting the team with other ongoing and new initiatives

  • Assisting with the Foundation’s communications efforts

    Qualification

    Essential:

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g. Business, Accounting, International Affairs).

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong project management and organization skills.

  • Ability to use Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Alignment with AlphaMundi Foundation’s vision, creating a sustainable and inclusive economy.
    through SME development and investment with a focus on gender and climate issues.

  • Excellent writing and verbal skills in English are a must.

  • Excellent team player.

  • Project management skills.

  • Ability to work confidently under limited supervision
