AlphaMundi Foundation Consultancy Services for Mentorship Toolkit/Curriculum Design Jobs in Kenya; The main objective of this consultancy is to develop a toolkit/curriculum for the mentorship that will guide the program. Mentorship will be given to a selected group of Kenyan climate-focused SMEs (with a particular focus on women) by Japanese and American private mentors. All mentorship sessions, which are expected to be monthly for a period of 6 months, will be conducted virtually. An important aspect of the mentorship program is to also foster relationships between the participating mentors.


Qualification

The successful service provider can be an individual consultant or a firm with the following characteristics:

Proven expertise in developing entrepreneurship support programs, mentorship programs for entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurship toolkit curriculum specifically in Africa, preferably in Kenya / East Africa.

Proven expertise in designing virtual mentorship programs.

Deep understanding and appreciation for multicultural dynamics, particularly incross-continental collaborations.

Sector-specific experience in climate-related industries e.g. clean energy, sustainable agriculture, and
circular economy in Africa, with a focus on integrating gender considerations into climate solutions.

Experience in designing monitoring and evaluation systems for tracking the impact of entrepreneurship programs, including business performance, environmental sustainability, and gender outcomes.

Excellent writing and communication skills in English, with the ability to develop clear, engaging, and high-quality program materials including but not limited to curriculum, handbooks and guides.
