Job DescriptionBasic FunctionsUnder the direction of Manager, Marketing & Sales conducts market assessment, promote products and persuade doctors to prescribe or use products, takes purchase orders, deliver products to wholesalers, distributors and other client,
Duties and Responsibilities
Assess the market and identify clients needs and present suitable promoted products,
Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis,
Provide product information and deliver product samples to licensed practitioners ,
Attend sales meetings, conferences, training sessions, workshops and symposium circuits
Service existing customers, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
Organize and execute sales presentations on product features to potential targeted groups,
Build positive trust relationships to influence targeted decision makers of wholesalers, distributors, private and government hospitals,
Monitor and analyze data
and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data take purchase orders from customers and ensure timely deliver thereof, keeping current with the competition's products, service offerings and activity maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and creating and delivering reports when needed establish and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues other departmentstaff provide/facilitate after-sales service supports to medical equipment buyers
perform other related duties as required
Job Requirements
Education
Pharmacist (with valid professional license)
Experience
3 years of experience in pharmacy jobs of which 2 years sales related
Competency
Proven ability to promote Pharmaceutical products thorough knowledge of the medicine and equipment on sale good understanding and knowledgeof pharmaceutical product ability to persuade excellent interpersonal communication skills
