Responsibilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of an ERP System (preferably iScala)
  • Managing inbound and outbound freight, ensure completion from order to delivery
  • Receiving and dispatching of inventory
  • Create, review & update all standards, policies and procedures for the warehouse as and when required
  • Ongoing KPI reviews with prefered transport service providers
  • Regularly attending Work-In-Progress meetings with Finance & Sales
  • Managing inventory levels ensuring that minimum and maximum stock levels are continoulsy aligned with consumption levels and re-order adjusted levels accordingly
  • Accurate inventory ledger
  • Cycle counts are conducted weekly and responsible for the annual full inventory count with attendance of external auditors
  • Ensure that the Annual Turn Rate is in line with that of your Key Performance Indicators
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Inventory and Logistics activities - Warehouse Optimisation-maintains physical conditions of warehouse through proper planning & execution
  • Responsible for warehouse health & safety standards
  • Financial objectives-maintaining budget/forecast,expenditures and variances
  • Ensure that all queries from suppliers, customers

    Requirements

  • A Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
  • 4-5 years experience in a Supply Chain and Logisitics environment
  • Proactive, Self-starter, Decisive and hands-on
  • Outgoing personality
  • Creative
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Team oriented and Driven
