Responsibilities:

Support the Procurement team in the development on Procurement plan and strategies.

Communicate with Customers about orders status, answering questions about service and goods.

Take accountability for a small product and service category, RFQ, analysis and raise PO at depot level

Collate Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses and complete costing sheets.

Negotiating prices changes with suppliers when costs Fluctuate significantly.

Support procurement officer in the critical procurement process or new tenders managed by the procurement team.

Manage supplier invoice Queries and resolve in agreed timescales.

Support the procurement team in undertaking due diligence of suppliers and ensure that new suppliers are recorded and registered on business systems.

Understand and deliver to stakeholder requirements.

Coordinating with different Customers for purchase of specialized Service or Good.

Produce and maintain information on supplier non-conformance.

Assist the team in Depot in data collection on supplier performance.

Liaise with suppliers on quality problems in conjunction with company quality standards.

Ensure compliance to company guidelines and to purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and contracts.

Report on procurement key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience:

3 Years of experience;
