Job Description

Supervise the organization administration and strategy

Monitor company operation and ensure employees and business practices comply with regulatory and legal requirements

Identify potential risks and opportunities within the organization and its environment to protect business interest

Managing company assets and optimizing financial operations

Reporting on revenue and expenditure
collaborate with board of directors to identify,create and implement strategic plans to actualize business objectives

Overseeing the day-to-day business activities

Requirements

A BSc, MSc, HND or OND degree is required

Must have knowledge of Banking, commercial and investment, wealth management, corporate finance and capital markets

Minimum of 12 years working experience

SEC license/certification

Must have a good presentation skills

Knowledge of MD Word, Excel and Power Point
