Through our healthcare centers, pharmacies, health plan, research and other activities, AHF provides access to the latest HIV treatments for all who need them.
Responsibilities
Leadership:
Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs.
Identify opportunities for AHF to leverage cross-program strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organizational challenges.
Lead, coach, develop, and retain high-performance of Bureau staff with an emphasis on developing capacity in strategic analysis and planning and program budgeting.
Program Building
Partner with the ABC in essential internal leadership activities (human resources, administration, and organizational planning).
Ensure that all programmatic partners’ contracts and MoUs are up to date
Develop/improve and implement standard operating policies and systems in relation to procurement, supply chain and logistics management and assets management.
Identify polices and standard operating procedures that are required for efficient and effective performance of programs
Human Resources, Finance and Technology
Cultivate the values and mission of AHF within the organization
Together with the HR department, instill a “coaching” culture within the Bureau;
Upgrade human resources functions including: training, development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance evaluation and recruiting
Work with the Finance and budget departments to ensure financial information enables strategic budgeting and monitoring of financial performance vs program
External Relationship Development
Manage and cultivate existing relationships with funders and partners to secure and expand revenue streams.
Publicly represent AHF with the media and external constituency groups including community, governmental, and private organizations

AIDS Healthcare Foundation Kenya Global Director of Data & Analytics Jobs
Responsibilities
Work with AHF country program data managers to ensure high-quality data.
Set-up and manage databases of global program data
Form and oversee the Global M&E unit which will be responsible for the Provider Productivity Report and Quarterly Report.
Provide long-term in-country support for coordination and scale-up of data management systems.
Work with global monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and quality teams to develop and implement tools, systems and processes that will improve data collection, management and analysis
Work with AHF’s financial department to compile documents modeling, projecting and monitoring the financial growth within AHF’s global programs.
Provide short-term data management and analysis technical support to sites, countries and bureaus.
Initiate analysis and prepare reports based on changes in data quality and availability and identify reporting needs within AHF.
Analyze quantitative data from country programs for internal and external reports, papers, and presentations.
As part of the Global Technical Team identify, prepare and disseminate best-practices and successful program interventions.
Provide assistance in designing operational research data collection and analysis efforts.
Travel to AHF country programs in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America and work with local staff. The position requires up to 40% travel time.
Participate in regular meetings and telephone calls with AHF’s global staff.
Manage and submit regular data reports that monitor country programs, including quality indicators.
Meet regularly with the Chief of Global Medicine and the Africa Bureau Chief to discuss results of data analysis and plan action steps to build on strengths and address weaknesses.

Responsibilities
Develop and roll out AHF Africa Bureau Marketing Strategy in collaboration with the LA based Global Marketing team and Monitor its implementation in line with the organization’s strategic priorities.
Liaise with Medical, Management , Advocacy and Socio - Economic Empowerment Departments to develop, roll out and monitor marketing plans, documentation, brand profiling to increase public awareness and influence attitudes and behaviors
Maintain and uphold AHF standard of documentation, branding and profiling in line with global priorities to deepen our position as a ‘challenger brand’ in fighting AIDS
Contribute to strategic decision via weekly Marketing meetings with the LA Global Marketing team, Middle Management Meetings(MMMs) and Bureau meetings(BMs)
Initiate and sustain strategic linkages with potential service providers to ensure obtaining of cost effective products with compromising standards.

AIDS Healthcare Foundation Kenya Regional IT Manager Jobs
Responsibilities
Partnering with Bureau Chief (BC) to define and prioritize IT portfolio of programs and projects providing the BC with critical insight to develop the IT strategic roadmap and monitor portfolio progress
Collaborates with Global and Bureau Medical Executive and Quality Team, to develop an end-to-end data migration plan for LAB systems and also create a plan for setting up an automatized report system.
Collaborate with AHF-IT USA to develop Application, Reports and system maintenance.
Working with Global and Bureau Medical Executive and Quality Team, to complete the electronic system project.
Participates with IT Department team and Medical Executive and Quality team to create and implement a strategy and plan for New Electronic System to LAB.
Leads and create overall strategy and plans in the area of data architecture / data modeling for new IT projects
Manages data related projects to integrate analytics, OLAP, data model, user interfaces, visual design and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools
Provides guidance to performance tuning and best practices on optimization techniques for large and complex SQL statements.
Mentor and provide quality leadership to the data management team at Bureau and Country Levels
Coordinate with Global Programs and IT teams to deliver the data management roadmap and help with resource planning and hiring to ensure that the data management team is staffed and deployed appropriately
Provide technical leadership and architectural direction to the data management team.
Supervise the design of data management plans as well as the data management process.
Provide ongoing reporting to support information-based analysis and decisions, identify opportunities for improving existing processes.
Responsible of supervision the AHF external contracts with external Agencies and third parties in the part of reporting and data exchange requirements, accuracy, and timetables.
Collaborate with Medical Executive and Quality Team.
