Job Summary:

The Training Officer works closely with the Program Coordinator/PC/ and Training Coordinator of AHA. The incumbent is responsible to diversify psychological trainings of different level and reaching out more trainees at school, organization or companies and the public. The Training Officer shall also be engage in training material development; marketing and promoting the trainings; deploy resource persons; and look for partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop training portfolio in market oriented psycho-social and academic areas

Develop syllabuses, curriculums and training materials

Promote and coordinator the trainings at Aha facilities or other settings

Qualifications:

BA or MA Degree from recognized university in counseling, clinical, social, developmental psychology or social work.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in organizing and trainings

Essential Abilities and Skills Required:

Coordination and facilitation skills

Good communication and human relation skills

Creativity and marketing skills
