Responsibilities:

  • To ensure a high quality service is rendered to existing clients & to procure new records management business in order to increase revenue & to meet agreed profit targets

    Degree of supervision:

  • Receive general guidance with respect to overall objectives; work is relatively independent of others; operate within department policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives.

    Description of tasks:

    1. Secure new business

    2. Customer appointments: Ensure a high quality service is rendered to existing clients & corporate clients

    3. Site analysis & Quoting

    4. Maintain good relations with all parties involved

    5. Accurate and timeous administration

    6. Make appointments to see prospective customers

    7. Cold calling

    8. Secure new business/create relationships with colleagues within our group to source leads

    9. Lead Generation

    10. Networking

    11. Maintain professional image both telephonically and in person

    12. Deal with corporate client queries/needs effectively and timeously

    13. Communicate clearly & precisely with sales leads

    14. Plan daily/weekly/monthly appointments efficiently

    15. Make appointments to see new and existing corporate clients

    16. See a minimum of 15 NEW appointments per week

    17. Be on time for appointments

    18. Dress appropriately and be professional at all times

    19. Complete paperwork required for appointments

    20. Deliver certain invoices & assist admin to collect payment

    21.
    Produce weekly & monthly reports for Manager

    22. Ensure site inspection are done effectively with correct equipment

    23. Quotes are to be completed and sent to customers within 24 hours of appointment

    24. Confirmation of quote receipt must be obtained from customer

    25. Regular follow-ups must be done telephonically

    26. Quote pending report to be done and submitted to management weekly, Monthly reports

    27. Management to be informed of progress at all times

    28. Deal with any problems quickly and effectively

    29. Provide feedback on jobs to ensure smooth operation

    30. Keep GM/Marketing Manager informed

    31. Advise warehouse timeously of any storage needs

    32. Be friendly and courteous at all times

    33. Maintain professional image at all times

    34. Ensure personal appearance reflects Company’s image

    35. Ensure vehicle is maintained clean and neat at all times

    36. Set targets, measure & report

    37. Report to office daily to retrieve e mails and answer any queries
