Agro Company Sales & Marketing Executives Jobs in Nairobi, Kenya

Our client in Food Production, Agro- Processing, Marketing & Selling of Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, Grains, Herbs & Spices, Meat Products, Dairy products & Fruits to Local & International Export Markets, is looking for self-motivated, sells and marketing executives to work and grow with them in becoming Kenya No 1 Food Supplier.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sell wide range of Fresh Vegetables & Fruits
    Translation and implementation of the overall sales strategic plan to the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement a client’s coverage plan for the region in order to provide technical support & build customer relationships.
  • Prepare sales forecast/projections for Urban Fresh and one stop shop for premium high quality Fresh produce.
  • Conduct periodical and accurate market intelligence on customer requirements and competition activities/strategies.
  • Build and regularly update customer database as a foundation for good customer relationships at all levels.
  • Provide adequate supervision of appointed agents in the region and adherence to recommended credit terms.
  • Have in place effective and efficient route to market strategy in the region.
  • Coordinate and provide technical support to all customers.
  • Communicate & grow the company brand of excellence through representation.

    Requirements
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and deliver on negotiated sales targets.
  • Proven experience of at least 1-2 years.
  • Degree or an equivalent in related field/Diploma also acceptable
  • Good communication skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Deep passion for sales and have a track record in selling.
  • Resilient, cool tempered and able to handle rejection, not taking it personally
  • Confident with positive attitude -deliver confidence and speak from a point of authority to put your listeners at ease displaying trust and faith in the products you are selling.
