Job DescriptionThe Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the brand image, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives and strengthen the brand's market position.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand.
Define and communicate the brand’s value proposition, target audience, and key messaging.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand alignment in new product launches and existing product improvements.
Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and other external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand narrative across all communication channels.
Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all internal and external communications reflect the brand's values and vision.
Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Track spending against budget and report on financial performance.
Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with internal teams to align brand strategies with overall business goals.
Analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of branding efforts.
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on brand strategy progress and market trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
