Age Limit in Scholarships

I am a lecturer at Dilla University in Ethiopia in analytical chemistry with MSc degree. I wanted to continue my study in my field for PhD by obtaining scholarship. But, almost all scholarships available demand an age of less than 35 or 40, mine is 45. So,may you help me with this respect.
