Age Limit for Scholarships

I thought that you will help me in my quest for a PhD scholarship but all that come in are for young people. Is there any University that has PhD scholarships in Management for people above 45 years and are preparing to retire and open up consultancy jobs after PhD programs?

Many scholarships on the website are offered irrespective of age. ORS points out:

"The only two criteria for winning an award are: (1) academic ability, and (2) research potential. Other factors, such as: proposed field of study, financial status, nationality, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion/belief, marital status or any other inappropriate distinctions, will not be taken into account."
