Job Summary

The purpose
of this consultancy is to facilitate the Women’s Leadership Academy (WLA) curriculum to learners, both in person and virtually to the Mozambique students. The assignment involves a 5-day in-person training, and a 3-4 hour virtual meeting once monthly for 5 months.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the WLA training;

  • Attend a five (5) day training;

  • Facilitate the in-person training;

  • Mentor WLA attendees;

  • Facilitate webinars and virtual meetings; and

  • On-going support to the WLA participants.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, Leadership training or any other allied courses;

  • Bilingual (English and Portuguese) highly desired;

  • Demonstrable experience and track record in facilitation or teaching;

  • Ability to work with diverse teams;

  • Able to work independently and consult when necessary; and

  • Well organized with an eye for detail.
