Hospital, Kisumu has also expanded its services to Kisii, Kakamega, Kitale, Bungoma, Kericho, Kibuye-Kisumu, West End- Kisumu, Busia, Home- Bay and
Kapsabet Counties, with plansto spread to Bomet and Migori counties.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Medical Director the successful candidate will be expected to effectively manage family medicine services in the Hospital in accordance with the quality policy which emphasizes continuous improvement of service to meet and exceed customer expectations.

    Qualifications

  • M. Med in Family Medicine or equivalent post graduate qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Must be Registered/Licensed by the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
  • Three years working experience.
  • Excellent PR and communication skills.

    Qualifications

    Aga Khan Hospital Kisumu Radiographer Jobs

    Responsibilities

  • Patient assessment and clinical requirement to determine appropriate radiographic techniques.
  • Perform a range of radiographic examinations on patients to produce images of high quality.
  • Maintain close contact with patients while waiting for tests and post examination stay in the department.
  • Undertake quality control checks on X-ray equipment in order to ensure quality assurance and audit initiatives.
  • Enforce health and safety requirements at workplace and welfare issues including ionizing radiation regulations in order to protect self, patient and the public.

    Qualifications

  • Diploma (Higher Diploma] in Medical Imaging Sciences from recognized and registered Medical Institution.
  • Must be registered and licensed by the Radiation Protection Board of Kenya.
  • At least three (3) years working experience in a busy medical institution.
  • Excellent knowledge of techniques in general and specialized Radio diagnostics, Computed tomography (CT] and Fluoroscopy.
  • Excellent computer skills in Hospital Information System (HIS], Radiology Information System RIS and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good public relations and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in CR (Computerized Radiography], Mammography and Ultrasonography is an added advantage.

    Responsibilities

  • Support effective implementation of human resource policies, plans and procedures.
  • Support in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.
  • Participate in realization of people processes of talent recruitment to ensure optimal capabilities.
  • Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan as well as participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives
  • Maintains an efficient and effective filing system for HR documents, including the filing of staff files and data management
  • Prepares certificates of service for separating staff in accordance with the relevant labor legislation.
  • Monitor and submit monthly probationary report and share with supervisor a month before the probation end date.
  • Support
    payroll administration
  • Maintains contract expiry dates and update the supervisor one month in advance.
  • Keep track of all active staff in employment and process separations of those whose contracts will not be renewed/terminated.
  • Assist in the induction and orientation process of new staff; ensuring that new staffs are well versed with the various human resource policies such as the human resource manual and the code of conduct.
  • Supports with the development of SOP and implementation of the same.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management/Development/ Industrial Relations/Organization Development
  • 5 years' experience in HR roles in comparable institutions.
  • Accounting background will be an added advantage.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint]
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people

  • Identify and map the target customers corporate & non-corporate
  • Plan and organize initiatives like camps, seminars and conferences to increase service and product promotion participation and doctors' referrals.
  • Organize CMEs for promotion of the activities and services of the medical departments and specialties.
  • Organize outreach programs with prospective patient communities.
  • Assist in designing, print brochures and marketing materials.
  • Tracking leads mediated through above CMEs, camps and seminars etc. to tap new corporate tie-ups, convert referrals etc.
  • Liaison between service providers and external doctors for patients.
  • Flexibility to travel 80% of the time within western and Nyanza region.

    Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Chief Executive Officer diary
  • Facilitating Senior Leadership Team meetings.
  • Conduct weekly diary meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
  • Schedule on behalf of the CEO meetings with direct reports and the committees and groups to which the CEO is a member.
  • Facilitate travel and logistical requirements in liaison with others and ensure arrangements in place for the CEO match his/her expectation.
