Africa Star Railway Operation Company ltd is a leading railway operation company.

The
company operates and maintains Kenya’s modern high capacity Standard Gauge Railway
network providing both freight and passenger services.

It is mandated to operate, manage
and maintain rolling stock, locomotive, track and communication & signaling systems.

The
firm is seeking qualified individuals to fill in the following positions.

Deputy Manager, Department of Corporate Culture

Core Capabilities

Excellent communication
skills (written and verbal)

Public Relations skills and
press and media relations
abilities

Able to travel for business on
a regular basis

Strong leadership skills and
team player attitude

Excellent negotiation skills

Qualification Requirements

Master's degree or above with
a major in mass media, news,
marketing or related management field

With work experience in mass
media and public relations
management, with at least 2
years of publicity or media team
leadership experience

Work experience in international
corporations or NGOs

Maximum age of 40 years
