Description

Responsible for effective maintenance of the administrative functions of the branch.

Required Minimum Education/ Training

  • Grade 12

    Required Minimum Work Experience

  • 1-year administration experience

    Key Performance Areas

  • Accurately capture month-end stock data.

  • Compile a list of stock to be counted, coordinate, plan and organise weekly/monthly stock counting.

  • Perform weekly/monthly stock reconciliations.

  • Oversee stock movements/rotations.

  • Perform reconciliation of raw material stock.

  • Issue purchase orders and receipts, manage and control outstanding orders.

  • Issue credit notes and complete credit note register.

  • Responsible for petty cash and control cash sales Adifo vs SAP.

  • Correct identified costing errors.

  • Compile monthly reports and ensure that documents are filed correctly.

  • Attend to and resolve debtor and creditor queries.

  • Process diesel orders, capture diesel sheets, and prepare weekly and monthly diesel reconciliations.

  • Order stationery and refreshments

  • Process vehicle license orders

  • Issue and capture completed job cards.

  • Attend to and resolve debtor and creditor queries and file Filing of Debtors’/Creditors’ invoices.

  • Prepare batch reports reconciliation and filing.

  • Internal & External invoicing

  • POD confirmation prior receipt & budget report exceptions

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail.

  • Prepare Transport & Production reports.

  • Assist with switchboard and HR duties when required.

  • Hand documents order
    & control

  • Printing & binding of registers on request
