The company is a fast expanding company operating across Africa with more than 50,000 Employees and is currently looking for experts to work as Affiliate Programme Managers to daily acquisition of new customers

Job Summary: Reporting to the Operation Manager, the role is to manage the success of the Client ‘Offline Affiliate’ programme.

The role is accountable for the daily acquisition of new customers into the Client website via both the Client retail network and third party influencers in line with targets set by the Operations team

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Acquire new Offline Affiliates

Monitor the number of active Offline Affiliates

Monitor the number of registrations for delivered via ‘Offline Affiliates’ daily and weekly

Monitor the number of First Time Deposits (FTD) delivered via ‘Offline Affiliates’ daily and weekly

Monitor the conversion rate (FTD/Registration)

Monitor the Turnover ($) delivered customers acquired via ‘Offline Affiliates’ daily

Monitor Online transactions delivered via ‘Offline Affiliates’ daily and weekly

Monitor the percentage of active customers per ‘Offline Affiliate’ weekly

Monitor the number of reactivated customers delivered weekly.

Responsible for a small free bet budget for the purpose of customer reactivation

Write reports on All ‘Offline Affiliates’ signed up to the ‘Offline Affiliate’ programme

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The role requires a working knowledge of betting and gaming, specifically online gaming, and a strong grasp of the following is desirable –
affiliate/online marketing
Microsoft office (good use of excel is key)
Experience of working in a sales based environment, motivating large teams to deliver targets on

a daily basis.

The candidate should also possess strong analytical skills, using data to identify trends and act upon them for the good of the business.

The candidate should also have good experience in performance management – following up with ‘Offline Affiliates’ on a daily and weekly basis to ensure targets are met and opportunities are maximised

Personal Competencies:

The candidate will be a self-starting motivator with the ability to engage a large, geographically spread team via various communication platforms to deliver new customers into the Client’s website.

The candidate should be passionate about sports and sports betting, knowledgeable about the local gaming landscape (both online and in retail, including competitor activity), and able to take a creative approach to driving online sales.

The candidate must also possess the ability to effectively train a wide range of individuals both in a classroom and field environment, on Client’s Online Platform, Products and effective selling and reactivation techniques
