Job Description

  • To assist with the daily operational activities within the respective discipline’s department.

  • To ensure all day to day activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate & timely manner, adhering to current business standards.

  • Apply theoretical knowledge in the workplace.

  • Adhere to Zero Harm.

  • Comply with Safety, Health and Environmental regulations.

  • Support the Sourcing Manager with market research and data collection in the direct and in-directs field.

  • Conduct data analysis, calculations, tracking and reporting of data for the tender process.

  • Prepare RFI / RFP documents for the tender process.

  • Support the Sourcing Manager with conducting market analysis on pricing trends globally and verifying price escalations with suppliers.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric

  • BCom Supply Chain Management

  • Computer Literate
