Job Description

  • Review past and current environmental events to ensure all necessary data and information has been collected.

  • Work with several databases that require data entry.

  • Work with Environmental Department and operations departments on daily license requirements and air emission regulatory requirements such as data collection and data entry.

  • Present a report on the status of investigations and other work that was completed during the internship.

  • Assist in gathering process data and analyzing for report submittal to regulatory agencies

  • Draft monthly newsletter.

  • Data capturing of carbon data.

  • Assist with regulatory inspections required by the environmental department.

  • Work with environmental staff to implement environmental tracking and reporting systems.

  • Work closely with environmental staff and operations on a variety of regulatory matters.

  • Follow and assist with all training requirements.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric with Maths and Science.

  • BSC Environmental Management or similar.

  • Basic Computer Skills.
