Job Description:

As an Overseas Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our company's expansion into Uganda. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations in the overseas market. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the Ugandan market effectively.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients in Uganda.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.

• Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility in Uganda.

• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials tailored to the Ugandan market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the export industry.

• Strong understanding of the Ugandan market and its cultural nuances.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• High level of integrity and honesty.

• Willingness to travel within Uganda as required.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
