Admissions for MD/MBBS with Full Scholarship or aid

I am Usman Ali from mansehra Pakistan.I had done A Level from sargodhian spirit trust public school rashidabad tandoallahyar sindh.my result is 1A 2B 1C which is aprroximately 950/1200.

I am Orphan I had done O&A Level on 100% scholarship now i want to do MD/Bio Engineering but i can not cope up financially.My elder brother only earn 9000 per month and i have 7 family members also we are living in a rent home and its fair is 3000 per month.

Sir i am the first one from my family to reach at this level.Can you help me to fulfill my dream of becoming doctor.
