The Administration Officer will report to the Senior Administration Officer.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:-
General office administration;
Ensuring maintenance of office equipment, facilities and assets;
Generating reports on operations, maintenance and utilization;
Supervising out sourced office services; and
Managing of venues for office meetings.
Person Specifications
At least three (3) years working experience in office administration;
Bachelors’ degree from a recognized institution;
Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya; and
Must be a citizen of Kenya.

Communication and reporting skills;
Good interpersonal skills;
High level of judgement and integrity;
Team player; and
Proficiency in computer applications;
