Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Hospital Administration and finance director to run our medical facility.
Administrative responsibility
Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry
Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations
Leads the administrative team to create grass root ownership and excellent team spirit
Facilitate and oversee purchase, property administration and facility management units
Supports the management team in planning proposing budget for strategic
Ensures accurate and timely reporting of the administrative and finance activities
Works to create a finance and administration team that is effective and efficient operates with compliance with relevant financial and administrative regulations and standards of the country
Continually reviews work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency; and Proactively consult the CEO on solutions and opportunities for improvement.
Ensures precise documentation, produces and reviews financial reports
Designs innovative development and human resource strategies to realize a motivated, compassionate and caring staffs and utilize the work force to a maximum.
Supervise daily administrative operations
Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
Create quarterly and annual budgets
Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
Prepare work schedules
Maintain organized medical and employee records
Monitor administrative staff’s performance
Train new employees
Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff
Resolve potential issues with patients
Stay up to date with healthcare regulations
Problem-solving attitude
Hospital Administrators should be confident and professional administrators with excellent communication and problem-solving skills that will contribute to the efficient functioning of the healthcare facility.
Serve as a liaison among governing boards, medical staff and department managers.
Organize, control and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulations.
Assist with recruitment, consenting, screening and enrolment of personnel.
Ensure that stock levels are adequate, and orders are made on time
Manage day to day administrative processes and healthcare facilities.
Monitor expenditures
and recommend cost-effective substitutes.
Respond to the inquiries from doctors, healthcare unit and nurses
Resolve long term possible matters with patients
Stay well informed with healthcare guidelines in regards to governing boards.
Executes other activities delegated to him/her by the CEO.
Finance director responsibility
Must know about issues in healthcare finance and be aware of special tax laws and regulations that affect healthcare industry.
Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met
Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability and minimize financial risk.
Ensure financial team follows company policies and regulations.
Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency.
Reporting to management and stakeholders and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted and help management make financial decisions
Maintaining the financial health of the organization

Job Requirements
Requirements
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns and Working knowledge of tax regulations
BA in accounting and finance and 10 years’ experience in Admin and finance Director, out of these at least 5 years in managerial level or
MA in accounting and finance and 6 years of experience in Admin and finance Director, out of these 3 years in managerial level.
Additional Skill
An analytical mind, negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Commercial and business awareness
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent computer skill
Ability to stick to time constraints
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
