Our Client, Kenya's newest printing business is the first of its kind having been formed through a merger of several well-established leading printing companies. Once launched, the Company will offer clients - both existing and new - a full-range of off-set, digital, large format printing as well as branded promotional items. They are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Officer.

The Customer Service Officer reports to the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer. You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction by acquiring, growing and maintaining strong working relationships as well as to deliver services that meet and exceed the customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Handle complaints and queries promptly by providing appropriate first contact resolution and escalate issues that need intervention and ensure to follow up on the same.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools. Additionally respond to customer inquiries on Social Media Platforms.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and ensuring timely and effective resolution

Provide after-sales service to customers and manage client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.

Assist

sales team in business acquisitions, planning, customer retention and management

Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and maintain up to date physical and online customer records.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

At least three (3) years’ experience in customer service, two (2) of which must be in the printing industry

Extremely detail-oriented, efficient and able to multi-task, prioritize, manage and follow projects through to completion

Strong customer service orientation with excellent networking and relationship building abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer oriented individual.

Good decision making and problem solving skills
