Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)

Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews

Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

Identify trends and insights so as to allocate marketing investments

Plan and direct marketing campaigns

Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind and optimizing content for the website and social media platforms

Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms

Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand

Develop and execute social media campaigns for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others

Brainstorming marketing strategies and implementing them, to Come up with trending ideas to establish selling point

Working with production team Photography, videography, and Editors

Demonstrable expertise in managing web optimization, marketing database, electronic mail, social media, and show marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

Requirements and

skills

Proven work experience as a social media manager

Hands on experience in content management

Excellent Graphic Design and copywriting skills

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and multitasking skills

Good understanding and skill in illustration video editing and other graphics tools

Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress, and other tools

Create and Schedule content based for posting on social networks

Field of Study:

BA degree in Marketing (Graphic Design) and other related fields

Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years related experience, preferably in a Real state industry

Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Strong creative and visualization skills
