Job Description]

Video Production:

Collaborate with our creative team to plan, shoot, and produce video content for both internal marketing initiatives and client projects.

Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to capture high-quality footage that aligns with project objectives and creative vision.

Video Editing:

Edit raw video footage to create polished and visually compelling content using industry-standard editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Incorporate graphics, visual effects, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall impact and storytelling of video projects.

Creative Conceptualization:

Brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for video content that align with our agency's brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Translate conceptual ideas into actionable production plans and storyboards to guide the filming and editing process.

Client Collaboration:

Work closely with account managers and creative directors to understand client briefs, project requirements, and key messaging priorities.

Communicate effectively with clients to incorporate their feedback and ensure that video content meets their expectations and objectives.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Coordinate logistics for video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, talent casting, and equipment rental as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently

pursuing a degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.

Proficiency in video production and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Experience with operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative video projects and proficiency in various filmmaking techniques.

Excellent creativity and storytelling skills, with a passion for visual storytelling and communication.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Relevant Experience:

1-2 years of experience as a Videographer with specific experience as an editor or a similar relevant field.
