Job DescriptionExecuting a full life-cycle software development
Writing well-designed, testable, efficient code
Producing specifications and determining operational feasibility
Integrating software components into fully functional software systems
Developing software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Documenting and maintaining software functionality
Tailoring and deploying software tools, processes and metrics
Serving as a subject matter expert
Complying with project plans and industry standards
Design and code applications solving business issues.
Develop diagrams and flow charts on computer operation process.
Develop, test and analyze programming applications.
Determine, develop and document software specifications throughout production lifecycle.
Analyze and rectify software errors and present precise status reports on time.
Build and develop applications using Front-end languages, frameworks and libraries such as Java, React JS, Angular, ExpressJS
Build and develop applications using Back-end languages, frameworks and libraries such as Java, NodeJS, Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Django, Flask, Firebase
Excellent knowledge of Relational SQL-based Databases such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQLite
Excellent knowledge of No-SQL Databases such as MongoDB, Apache’s Cassandra, Redis and Amazon’s DynamoDB
Working Knowledge of UI/UX Frameworks such as CSS, HTML, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
Upgrade and offer patches to existing computer systems.
Develop technical documentation to support application maintenance.
Support programmers and analysts to conceptualize and develop new software programs.
Plan software development lifecycle phases
Prepare and document software specifications and requirements.
Research and document software users’ requirements.
Guide re-engineering of applications responding to customer requests.
Offer input to SDLC documentation specialists and edit documentation.
Resolve programming issues
by applying problem solving skills.
Any other task assigned
Requirements
Proven work experience in as a computer software engineer or software developer
Hands on experience in designing interactive applications
Ability to develop software in Zoho Creator, C, C++, C#, Java or other selected languages
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
Experience with test-driven development
Mastery in software engineering tools
Ability to document requirements and specifications
Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Working Conditions:
Please note that this position is onsite and requires physical presence at our office location from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Remote work arrangements are not available for this role. Candidates must be able to commute to our office for the duration of their employment.
