Job Description

CRM Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across the group.

  • Ensure adherence to CRM best practices and policies by business developers and sales teams.

  • Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the CRM database.

  • Provide training and support to sales personnel on CRM usage and functionalities.

    Sales Administration:

  • Coordinate sales-related administrative tasks, including the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, goals, and action plans.

  • Manage documentation processes for sales transactions, contracts, and agreements.

  • Support sales managers in tracking sales pipelines, leads, and opportunities.

    Travel Coordination:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for sales personnel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Plan and schedule client visits, sales meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and budgetary guidelines.

  • Assist in arranging logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

    Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for sales inquiries, requests, and information dissemination.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales teams, support departments, and external partners.

  • Liaise with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.

    Performance Monitoring and
    Reporting:


  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and sales cycle times.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in sales operations and recommend corrective actions.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

    Relevant Experience:

  • 3-5 years Proven experience in sales coordination, administration, or support role.
